Nice indoor/outdoor restaurant with good food. On this particular day the bartender was our waiter....double duty, which created slower service than normal since other tables were being serviced by this one bartender/waiter. Another waiter/waitress would have been nice and would have improved wait times View all feedback.
What Ibrahim Schulist doesn't like about Baffi:
Summary: It was fine but we won’t be dining there again. Specifics: We went for Mother’s Day with a party of seven people. It was our first visit to Baffi. The restaurant has a very open layout and has a lovely contemporary design. Service was slow and we had to ask for something more than once. The food was fine; there wasn’t anything wrong with it but it was not worth $20-$25 an entree. We felt that we were paying... View all feedback.
Love this room. Eating is always great. Wonderful cocktails. Perfect for the show dinner for local theatres. Recommend the caal salad, pizza and new risotto.
I love Morgan. He was amazing. Very attentive. I'll be back to the bar soon.

The food was great and the drinks were amazing. Definitely will be back again.
Went there for Mother 's Day and was a very mediocre experience. Our server, although generally competent, was aloof and not very friendly. For example, after taking and bringing our drinks and appetizers, she first informed us when taking our main course order that the restaurant was out of pizza dough. Strange that an Italian restaurant would run our of pizza dough at lunch; it was already a pretty limited menu to begin with and this made it even more so. This would have been nice to know at the outset of the meal, as we were planning to order some pizzas and salads, so we had to regroup and change our orders all around. As for the actual entrees: One of our party ordered the The Seasonal Lettuces salad with pulled chicken. This was supposed to come with strawberries according to the menu, but arrived with only lettuce, some sliced radishes, and pulled chicken for $20. When we inquired about the missing strawberries, the server told us that sometimes the kitchen adds them when they have them in stock, but must have run out. Imagine our surprise then when we saw a tray of chocolate covered strawberries set out in the service area in the open kitchen. Perhaps they used all the strawberries to make chocolate covered strawberries to give to the Moms at the restaurant? Nope, just the staff passing by and taking/eating them. The steak salads were fine, although the steak came out overcooked and was not the quality expected for the $25 price tag. On the plus side, the beet salad and fried green bean appetizer were very good, as was the iced tea, which seemed to be fresh brewed and not packaged. The brunch breads (2 slices of banana bread and 3 small biscuits) were also good, although I note that South City Kitchen offers something similar complementary as opposed to the $10 charged here. All in all, almost $200 (tip included) for a brunch for 5 for a very mediocre meal. I think I 'll wait to hear that things have improved greatly before returning.
