Was greeted asking if we wanted coffee, I responded saying only 1 coffee. Staff stated they did not want customers with an attitude, my brothersand I looked at each other in surprise and could not understand what the staff was referring to. When all we stated was we onlywanted 1 coffee, the person was an a hole we then informed the staff our mother had just died and we were just looking for atable, worst customer service I have ever seen, for this reason alone, I would never step foot at this place.

The owner was incredibly sweet and kind, making her birthday even more special with his genuine warmth. I would absolutely make the drive from central Massachusetts again just to see his smiling face! 10/10!

My daughter suggested... read more If you're looking for a cozy atmosphere, this is the place to be. Eggie's offers everything you need for a fantastic breakfast experience. My daughter suggested it, and I must say, I can't wait to return. The owner and the waitstaff are absolutely wonderful. All the food is amazing, but if you enjoy grits, you definitely have to try them. I can't recommend it enough—just go! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
