Baskin-robbins - Atkins

Paired with Dunkin' Donuts, this establishment is clean, welcoming, and offers a wide variety of ice cream, doughnuts, coffee treats, and more. The staff were exceptionally friendly as well!

The ice cream at this restaurant was stale and the worker was unkind when we brought it up. The atmosphere was unpleasant with everyone appearing disgruntled. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this truck stop.

The truckstop part of the plaza is great. The CS reps are attentive, have good attitude and on point. There is always plenty of parking on their gravel lot, even late into the night for OTR drivers. The baskin Robbins part of the plaza is a joke! Three times I have been there at night, they have been low on ice cream. The attendant is slow to serve, and doe not understand anyone who does not have a southern drawl. As of this post it definitely does not look like a basking Robbins, hence the 3 stars.

Service was awful! It took 15 mins bf someone took my order another 30 mins to receive my food and the whole store was smoked out from the kitchen they opened the side doors which blew in flys all around my food. Waist of time and money.
