We dropped in here for lunch on Saturday as the hotel has historical significance to our family. The staff member behind the bar was extremely friendly and helpful and the food was good (and extremely good value). None of the dining rooms were open for us to eat though so we had to sit in the bar. It is a shame that more of the hotel isn't open/renovated so that people can look around as it's got a lot of interesting... View all feedback.

We popped in for dinner Satdee night. had a drink ordered steak and garlic prawns. My Steak was cooked perfectly with veg and gravy noice. Her prawns were covered in an overly thick sauce(same as on the cauliflower I reckon) not very garlicky and a...More View all feedback.
The food was top-notch and the service was fantastic! Huge thanks to the bar staff for their excellent service. The prices were very reasonable and the views were breathtaking. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future!
Cold beer, inviting bar staff and wonderful simple pub food! They certainly give it a way as something from the main road, but a pretty scenic experience. pleasant facilities, would highly recommend!
I highly recommend stopping by for lunch during the week at this restaurant. Sit on the veranda on the upper floor for stunning views of the landscape and a refreshing breeze. The service was efficient, the portions were generous, and the presentation of the food was beautifully done. The staff was very pleasant.
We chose this place for Friday dinner, as we were staying nearby. We considered the Yungaburra pub, but it was covered in scaffolding and had limited food choices. The Peeramon pub was badly damaged in a cyclone in 2008, and is very slowly being rebuilt....But after 11 years, it still looks like a construction site, with huge metal framing and the back of silver insulation as wall decorations, and bare concrete floors. It was a cool night, and there were two little overhead heaters pointed at the bar, not the dining tables. The whole rear section of this cavernous room was empty of people, but it apparently never occured to them to close off the concertina doors, so they only had to heat half the space. We certainly didn't experience a warm welcome. Our order was taken without a greeting or a comment, and delivered quickly, as there were only two other people dining. It was OK pub food at reasonable pub prices. No-one spoke to us again. When leaving, I said goodnight to the three people at the bar, and they stared at me without replying. I was glad to be gone.
We stopped in at the historic Peeramon Pub in late January and were encouraged to see that the owners were pulling out all stops to refurbish and modernise the premises. The Peeramon was severely damaged by a cyclone about 10 years back and it's return...has been very slow. The new build looks very promising with great new spaces and some nice new touches. Tourists and locals alike would do well to drop in for a beer or a meal and enjoy the lovely views of the Tablelands countryside.
