Texas Roadhouse

Our server was super cool so that she could stare at us and walked away when we were asking for the check. Don’t know her name but she’s a tall young lady with long curly brown hair. Wish we could have a different server. The steaks were cooked well.

Food was great and our server was awesome. We had a great time!

We had a long day that started at 7 am with Yag procedure for my husband on his birthday. Then I had dr appt and my dr sent me to Athens for stat ultrasound but machine quit working. Then to hospital for 2nd ultrasound. Afterwards we were starving and headed to our favorite place to eat. Salads came out with wrong dressing on one. Then my meal came but not husband's chili. Finally had to ask to get it but my meal half eaten. When the woman, not the waitress, brought it she made some comment about were we having a bad day. Husband said yes and she asked could she do anything to make it better. Told her no and pushed the chili to the side. She promptly picked it up and carried it off. He went to see manager who apologized for what happened. He was disgusted and left and told me to take care of bill and get his chili. Same woman came to tell me the meal was on her but he was NOT getting any chili. Brought me to go box for my food. NEVER EVER have had an experience like this. Definitely not good Birthday or results with Texas Roadhouse. Never plan to eat there again.

Went to have dinner and celebrate my husband's birthday and told the hostess it was his birthday where she told me not to worry she'll let the waitress know. Well they never sang she brought the check where I paid and waited for like 15 minutes or more to see of they would sing and nobody came. My husband didn't even notice obviously but I did and it was very disappointing because today was the only day we would spend with him as family to sing to him. Thank you for my bad experience.Parking: No parking available at all we waited over 15 minutes to wait for someone to come out so we can park.

The location in Gainsville, amazing food seasoned and cooked perfectly. Athens,though our waiter was great. Didn 't care for the Coyote Ugle line dancing next to our table,distracting and unnecessary. Most of the time,most looked like they didn 't care to do it. The steak was cooked to perfection but lacked seasoning. The green beans were oily and flavor strange. The broccoli was way undercooked. I will opt for a different location and will return to the Gainsville location.
