Great American Cookies

I ordered a 16x24 birthday cake 9 days in advance and got there the day of pickup to find out that the cake was a smaller cake they made and not the one I ordered. They could have called and explained to me what happened, but instead Nick wanted to act like he just found out the size was wrong. He couldn't provide me with a refund for the difference because he told me the manager would have to do that and he promised I would receive a call to get it taken care of. Here we are 1 week later and I haven't heard from anyone. They will never get my business again. Poor customer service! ????

I will definitely order again. I ordered a cookie cake to be delivered for a Valentines Day Birthday. The cookie was never delivered. When Amanda answered the phone she took responsibility immediately rather than blaming someone else and she had a great attitude. She offered to make a new cookie or refund my purchase. I can tell that she puts customers first.

The sugar cookie double doozie is my go-to! Tastes delicious....good and sweet!!

Every time I go to this cookie store, the employees are so rude to me. the times I have asked them for a cookie or something to drink, they *sigh* out loud and slam my order down on the counter. I don’t get it at all. cookies are supposed to be fun and I hate having to go to them so I stopped.

I had such a great experience with Great American Cookie! My boyfriend got me a cookie cake and it was so well made. It made my entire birthday! He said the employees were nice and helpful.
