What Dewey Kinchen doesn't like about Athentic Brewing Company:
Unfortunately, they’ve become way to “woke.” Used to be a go to, but I don’t really want to mix my politics with my beer. And this is saying a lot considering this is in Athens and everyone seems to be at least a little political. View all feedback.
Oktoberfest celebration was very lively. A good time was had by all!
TBH, went here about a year ago and wasn’t too keen on their beer, but dug their inclusive and welcoming vibe. Decided recently to give them another shot, and the beer seemed drastically improved. We found several that we really enjoyed. We’ve been back several times for music bingo and happy hour. Thoroughly enjoyed as a family, including $1 sodas (appreciated for NA people). Vibe still great, and now beer to match!
