Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

It was only mediocre at best. First, when we walked into the restaurant, we were informed that we couldn't place orders at the register and had to use the app instead. After we got our takeout, I was disappointed with the salad—it had hardly any lettuce. We also ordered cookies, but apparently, they were still at the restaurant. As for the fries, I had requested extra seasoning, but there was none. Why offer that option if you're not going to pay attention to the order?

This location was excellent a year ago, but it has unfortunately declined lately. I consistently find myself waiting around 20 minutes for chicken that seems old and fries that are soggy. Additionally, they frequently forget something, whether it's napkins or the sauce for which you've paid extra.

The girl at the register didn't greet anyone and certainly didn’t smile. At one point, the manager even told her to stop taking orders because they were too short-staffed, and she didn’t bother to inform customers, leaving me to relay the message to those waiting behind me as she stood by or walked away from the counter. When I placed my order, there was a woman four people ahead of me. They called the lady before me and then called my name, but we pointed out that the other woman was in line before us. They had placed her order in a bag and set it aside without ever calling her name. It had been sitting there for who knows how long, and they just handed it to her like it was no big deal. Another customer approached the counter, saying she was missing her coleslaw. The girl at the register casually replied that they didn’t have any. When the lady asked if she could have a refund since she was sure she had paid for it, the girl suggested that she could take extra fries instead. The woman had already ordered an extra fries for her toddler. If she had been informed about the absence of coleslaw to begin with, she could have swapped it for more fries without having to pay for an extra portion for her child. On top of that, they were also out of tea and several other drinks in the machine. Someone asked for tea and was told they would refill it soon, but they never did while I was there. This place needs a complete overhaul, including new management. If they can’t manage the basics, it’s time for a fresh start.

Wow this place is went completely downhill you go in to order the food and the girls at the register cut their eyes at you and basically look like they hate white people. I feel completely judged when I go in there and I'll never even dream of steppingfoot back in this pathetic store with the employees that are so mad they look like they want to beat you up for coming in to getfood. I would go out of my way to avoid this Zaxby's like the plague. I mean one out of 10 absolutely horrible customer serviceand it all starts with management.

Absolutely horrible customer service they're basically racist in there cutting their eyes at you looking at you all mad you can tell they hate their lies and their job and they take it out on you every time I go in there. Almost every other Zaxby's inAthens is 10,000 times better the people don't have such angry trashy attitudes when you come in to get an order. I would stayaway from this restaurant if you have any option to because they're absolutely pathetic and mean
