This particular visit was on... read more I travel frequently, and my favorite snack is the spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's, so I find myself stopping at many locations. This particular visit was one of the friendliest I've experienced in the past few months. The service was excellent. Although it was quite busy, everything moved efficiently, and my food arrived hot and fresh. The bread was soft, the chicken was hot and crispy, the fries were crunchy, and my drink was ice-cold with no dilution at all. I'll definitely make it a point to return whenever I'm in the area. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a pub-style fry dish topped with plenty of cheese and bacon. Everything was incredibly delicious! I will definitely be returning!

We had a group of 40 hungry high school students for lunch, and we placed 40 separate orders over the phone. When we arrived, everything was ready for us, and the fries were still hot. We were in and out in under 20 minutes, which included managing 40 individual payments and bathroom visits. Not a single mistake was made with our orders. Thank you for making this outing smooth and enjoyable!

I have a family of 5 so it will be a great order, regardless of it. I told the cashier that I was in the grocery store. I totally understand that you're busy and I'm about to have a big order. I have no hurry, so take your time. It's okay! Then I went to the order. After ordering, the back of the house got the ticket and saw the size of the order. They started panicing, but I said the exact thing, a little louder so they could all hear. I really feel that by speaking the way I have a rest for all, including other customers, and they went to my entire order in a correct and timely way. I got everything and I was on my way. I'm back. I know from experience that it is pushy and aggressive, does not help. Cooks can only be responsible if they cook the product STARTED. Once you have started, you cannot cook it FASTER and still have quality. Unfortunately, a small part of society actually expresses that they know this jewel of knowledge!! Most think that screaming fixes everything.
