Gas pumps card reader doesn?t work . Have to go inside and guess how much it will cost to fill up . Get the card reader to work at the pumps . Only shell station I have a issue at . I can fill up elsewhere and not have this trouble . View all feedback.

Bright and clean store and pumps. Employee greeted us and bid us a good night, even though we just stopped for the restroom after finding the rest area at the state line was closed.
Very clean, convenient, and the sweetest people working. Every single person not only greeted me but made a point to come into contact with me. The floors were clean, the building is clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I will be back!
This place had a rough start with their pumps not reading cards at one point having new staff still learning their jobs. I had several times where it took a while for my Kroger rewards to apply, or for my shell gas gift cards to work. The gifts cards would lock up for 24hrs if they were not processed correctly. On 7/21/22 late I had 10 cents off with my rewards was using a $50 shell gift card. For some reason the pump stopped at $10. I checked the card balance which had $40 left. I was frustrated thinking I just wasted my rewards on just $10 of gas. I went back inside the two ladies working got my pump working again with my rewards still active I was able to pump using the rest on my gift card. They took the time to try and solve the issues running the gift card in different ways bc they are finicky. They made sure I received my rewards. So many ppl working do not take the initiative to solve anything or not willing to even learn. I hope the company realizes this is essential for good business and appreciates these employees.
While traveling never in my life have I been in a public restroom that was clean! I mean never! Honestly I cannot stand using public restrooms! I hate public restrooms so much that I literally wait until I get to my destination. While traveling home today my friends and I stopped at a Twice Daily. I?ve never heard of Twice Daily let alone been inside one. My friend went to the restroom and came out and told me how clean the restroom was. Of course I didn?t believe her. I went in the restroom and let me tell you oh my goodness the bathroom is CLEAN no exaggeration!!! I couldn?t believe it. I was so impressed I had to tell someone who works there. I stopped one of the workers and told him how clean the bathroom is! He looked shocked as if keeping a bathroom clean is normal. I?m here to tell you it?s not! I?m giving Twice Daily?s restroom and store a 10 for cleanliness! Great job!! For the other companies with nasty bathrooms go to True Daily and see how it?s done!
