I ordered a sandwich with no tomatoes. Sat at a table and watched the young man make the sandwich with tomatoes. I asked him when I picked it up if this is the sandwich without tomatoes. He said it was. I was not surprised that my sandwich has two tomato slices on it. View all feedback.

I love Tim Hortons for a quick bagel or Timbits, but this stays busy, so I don 't expect anything too quickly. It is not uncommon to wait in line for 15-20 minutes on a Saturday morning, both in the drive thru and in the store. When they are busy, they often run out of ingredients or prepared food. This means that a significant portion of the menu is effectively void. My usual order is an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. While they don 't always have my bagel, when they do, I have found that the toppings are often minimal...lacking the everything component of an everything bagel. All told, the employees are always kind and I can see them moving efficiently and collaboratively. My review really hinges on how busy this location is.
I love their chocolate dip donut but you can see that the glass window of the donuts is dirty from the inside and you can see a dead bug
They could definitely use a different workflow to better balance attention to the drive thru and the counter in the mornings. Sometimes it 's impressive how intentionally all of the employees walk by you standing at the counter, and they look like they all have one specific task they are programmed to complete and their software is unable to complete any other task. And even when the one who can eventually take your order walks by, they don 't say I 'll be with you shortly until they 've already walked by 4 times, and when they do come to take your order, no recognition of the wait...but maybe their programming blocks their vision so literally none of them see people standing there? The food is always great, the drinks are always great, and I know from other experiences that the staff can be great...but maybe only when they are unplugged or something?Wheelchair accessibility: The door usually sticks, making it seem like it 's locked...and it 's very difficult to open for mobile visitors. Don 't go in a wheelchair without a mobile friend! But overall, I 'm not sure there is enough space to get around in a chair even if you do go with a mobile friend. And all of the likely barriers are stationary.
My favorite coffee in Ohio and the entire Eastern USA. Exquisite and excellent prices.
