What Anna Kaye Rowe doesn't like about Siam Thai:
I used to like this place but since the management, the service has been terrible. Also, they never answer the phone. The final straw for me was the rude server I interacted with when I drove there to make a take out order because they would not answer the phone (my office is not too far and i was really feeling for singapore noodles) and she pretty much told me I could go somewhere else when I brought it up. So I walked right out. They will never see me again. I'll learn how to make Singapore noodles myself before I give them my money.
Food was good but I have to wait forever. That wasn't even busy afternoon, only 1 other table beside me
Food is amazing. Wait staff is great. That being said, every time I go there, the kitchen staff is always behind, even when they aren't busy
Really wish I could give this place zero stars. I used to like it under previous ownership but I have had consistently awful service and food every time I have tried giving this place another chance for the past year or so. Upon ordering items like the massaman curry, there was a golfball sized hunk of undissolved curry paste in the middle of the dish, almost no seasoning, and the potatoes taste like they were scraps of home fries from the diner next door just thrown into the soup. The server, Grace, was rude, seated us at a soaking wet table (about a quarter cup of water spilled across the table she just wiped down , and openly lied about the horrible rancid food. Upon pointing out the giant hunk of hardened paste that resembled a gob of chewing tobacco in my ultra runny, watered down, soup-like curry, she had the gall to try to tell me that it 's ginger. She later confirmed that it was curry paste. Even though it 's a tiny thing to add on here, I also want to point out that the curry said it contained white onions and was instead full of red onion. Very tiny and insignificant thing that I wouldn 't generally even notice but because of how awful everything else was, it just felt like a little bow on top of the absolute garbage heap of an experience. Ultimately 0/10 experience; would not recommend, even to someone I seriously disliked.
