Taco Bell - Athens

Recently, there's been a staff member at the drive-thru during the day who is exceptionally friendly and efficient. They know what they're doing and manage to be quick without making you feel rushed. It seems like the kitchen operates faster when this person is on shift, although that could just be coincidence. Nonetheless, their effectiveness might inspire the rest of the team to stay on top of things as well. Regardless of the reason, my interactions here are always pleasant and friendly, leaving me with a smile as I drive away. Happy people attract others, and it's true that nice people create a positive atmosphere.

The team here really puts in the effort, and my food was served promptly with a fantastic attitude. It's great to see people who are enthusiastic about their work, and I want to make sure this place receives the recognition it deserves!

The food was cold, the order was incomplete, and they mixed up my order. How do you confuse steak with chicken? It's frustrating when simple instructions can't be followed. It seems like the staff is unhappy with their work and takes it out on customers. If you're not willing to perform basic tasks, there are other options, like social security and disability support. Honestly, I would rather grab a hot dog from a gas station than spend my money at this restaurant.

Worse Service I've had yet!! Went through the drive through the lady was rude from the beginning. My order was wrong so i attempted to go in to get it fixed only to pull on a locked door at 8:35pm. Door says dining in hours are 8 to 10. They seenme with bags on my hand and wouldn't let me in. I had to go wait in the drive through to get the order fixed only for her tocontinue to be rude! I went to hand it back and she told me they don't take food back(understandable)! Then i guess the cookwas mad as well because she then told me they needed the food back! It was insulting as of i were lying! I tried to give itback originally. So I handed her the bag only for her to hand it right back to take food out of the bag and hand it to her. Disgusting all the way around. I only have 1 star because it requires you t have one

Its Taco Bells.... Not too much an expectation. Drive-thru took a bit, but my food was good.
