Steak 'n Shake - Athens

Waitress was kind of rude, we went for a birthday and weren?t sure if they did anything. So we asked and just got a rude remark. Not too big of a deal but it?s why i give four instead of five stars. Good food good prices for our shakes. I would go back again, also a very clean stake n shake.

Good food. I like the burgers and milkshakes, but not a fan of the French fries. They are good, but i like my fries cut thicker. Great service and atmosphere!

We just had dinner and our waitress was a shady. the name on the acknowledgement says jamie. She made sure our food came out on time. we have refilled. had a good laugh and I mentioned I wanted a slender milkshake on the other day from here, but my friend got it from dq and it was not great at all. but Jamie made sure she dressed me with a good one. very satisfied :

I went with a friend for an extra meal after stopping in Taco Bell, and it was okay. My friend ordered a milkshake that was super thick that he needed to use a spoon instead of a straw, my was ok-ish, I expected a tastier shake, and also the burger was not particularly aromatic. If you only want a regular meal, I recommend it.

We love Steak N Shake. It's usually fantastic. This special visit did not seem like the same restaurant we think so much. I always try to be the champion of the devil if I want to evaluate a place and give the best gratitude. When I go to a restaurant and order a medium-sized rare statistician and it is well done, I eat and smile without saying a word. I couldn't find out how a bad experience today with this restaurant was that we always enjoy. It was not more business than usual, but people seemed to be standing long periods waiting to be welcomed. Two times we've been watching people have to make sure they're waiting. I'm not a Smorgasbord-Style-Esser, but was hungry so I ordered the Tripel-Steak-Burger with bacon, cheese and all toppings. We were all shocked by the meat on the sandwich. The 3 pieces can have been the thickness of a slice of cheese. Very pitiful sandwich. The server (I would normally say, was simply not as we can all get, so it is completely understandable) seemed separated from their tasks. What seemed possible, a manager ran a dozen directions to try to do tasks that probably did not do to her and was excused to customers for the inconvenience. This special visit was definitely a bad disappointment. I hope that was a curse because we really like Steak N Shake. Everyone has days and we hope this was just a full team a day. We will visit again with hope for this visit, only a hard day for the staff. As much as I want to give a 5-star rating here, I just can't assume this visit.
