It was clear that she genuinely enjoyed her job and was dedicated to serving her customers. Not only did she manage the bar, but she also provided my husband and me with outstanding service at our table. She made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Great job!

It was understandably fu... read more Paul has completely transformed our experience at Ruby Tuesday. He was prompt in seating us, and we specifically requested his section. It was understandably full, likely due to his outstanding service. The entire waitstaff and bartenders were excellent as well; however, we've often encountered issues with the kitchen. Thus, the four stars are primarily for the exceptional customer service. The food could definitely benefit from some improvement—perhaps a microwave or two! Overall, we had a great visit today. Thank you once again, Paul!
