The food was surprisingly very good despite the poor employees having to work in such a dark area. It literally looks like a cave at the food bar, it's a little hard to see the food you're getting lol ?
I’m not sure if the management is aware of the rat issue, but it’s a serious concern. I have nothing against the staff, who were great, but if management knows there’s a problem, they need to prioritize the safety of both customers and employees until it gets resolved. Rats carry numerous diseases and are, quite frankly, disgusting creatures. Their presence in a food establishment can lead to significant health risks for the public. Some diseases spread by rats can be fatal, with severe consequences like kidney failure. To the management: this is your business, and it’s crucial that you take care of it!
As my family is a fan of moe. not very good and the restaurant was quite dirty. not recommended. we thought the stacks were better than the shells. Chipotle/Qdoba is superior in the shell and burrito category - for the same price.
Service was good, clean facility, but I wasn't wild about eating. veggies were fresh. Tortilla chips were made with coarsely ground mais, maybe some people go for it, but this is not my ding. I also had difficulty finding an salsa I liked. queso was decent. I wouldn't get out of this to come here anymore.
The food was enjoyable, and the service was commendable, especially considering the kitchen was short-staffed. The freshly grilled onions were a nice touch. The staff managed to perform well under pressure, and I was overall just pleased that they were open and had enough food available. Given the current challenges, I really couldn't ask for more.
