Mcdonald's - Athens

Everything is okay on the inside I suppose. But I went through the driver through one day the MANAGER along with DT ORDER TAKER, we're rude as heck and I ended up calling Mr . Jack because she was too out of hand to call someone out their name. Good is better than the one on 72 though!!

I took me and my granddaughters out to lunch the other day two of my granddaughters had Happy meal hamburgers my other one had a chicken sandwich and I had a big mac. The buns on all the sandwiches were so dry they were brittle the hamburgers for so salty and dry my other granddaughter put the chicken sandwich was dry and tasted funny. I spent $26 on a meal I wouldn't feed my dog it was absolutely disgusting I will not return ever, and I will tell people not to go to that one.! McDonald's you have raised your prices and have lowered your standards it's really a shame!!!

Horrible experience. Had to wait in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Got all the way home and they had left our fish sandwich out of the bag. That's after they asked us twice if we had 4 fish sandwiches and we replied with yes!

Terrible service, and when you get Togo orders it's even worse. I waiting over 20 mins for a double cheeseburger and a small fry!

Went through the drive thru just to get something quick before heading home for the day since it wasn’t super busy there at all, made it to the window after paying and had to park to wait for my food and waited 10 minutes. Food finally comes and the dude never even said a word when he handed the bag to me but oh well. I get home and the fries were cooked my quarter pounder was undercooked, meat was still pink. Sure you could eat it but I’m not going to.Every time I go to this McDonald’s it’s always issue after issue, wrong order or fries still raw. One on 72 is also really bad.Guess no more McDonald’s which is fine, your food fell off bad for the price we pay for it.
