Mcdonald's - Athens

I would go as far as to say that this is the best McDonald's around. I visit this location frequently, and every time, the staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, even though they don’t get a lot of recognition for it!

The restaurant has an alarm that goes off in a children's playground filled with parents and kids. Ronda, the manager, mentioned they were too busy to turn it off and that we needed to keep our children near the entrance. It wasn't a child who accidentally opened the door; it was a parent leaving, and it seems that Ronda is indifferent to the inconvenience caused to the rest of us due to this random mistake. Additionally, my child found their burger unappetizing. The only positive aspect of this place is the playground.

My experience at this restaurant was frustrating. They messed up my very simple order, and since the interior was closed, I had to go through the entire process again. What should have been a quick visit for a hamburger, a small drink, and small fries ended up taking nearly an hour. I went after lunch, and I don't plan on giving them my money again.

I never did. my heart, who is in heaven. a delayed three-toed Sloth on sedatives alone could work a faster journey through. 40 minutes I sat here.

I was having a bad day, so I decided to treat myself to some McDonald’s ice cream, when I pulled up to the drive way there was a young boy (believe the name was vicky) he was such a sweet person and honestly turned my day around and it felt like my day was only starting to get better. It was also the first time in a long time that I heard a person that works in a drive through that was enthusiastic. He is like the sun , he only makes your day brighter. I will most definitely come back to this McDonald’s! ???
