My orders were always correct, and although the drive-thru line may appear long, it moves quickly.

Orders were incorrect in the lobby, and the line stretched around the building, nearly blocking the road. The front cashier, Tina, had a particularly unpleasant attitude.

They previously tried to blame it on Ma... read more I've given this restaurant more than three chances to improve, but each time I visit, I find them out of coffee creamer. They previously tried to blame it on Mayfield, but my dad works for Mayfield, so I know that's not true. During my most recent visit, they were still out of creamer AND Coke! I used to be a regular customer, but based on my recent experiences, I think I'd be better off going to McDonald's for a more reliable experience. At least they won't run out of Coke or coffee creamer. The overall service has been disappointing, and I would rate them with negative stars if I could (edit: they also forgot my Frisco sandwich, and when I finally received it, it was ice cold).
