UPDATE this place has been Sold and is currently out of business! Old post: They have all the favorites and the service is fast. The place has looked like a dump for several years now and the plastic sheeting they had over parts of the roof is eroding away. The red roof tiles on the facade are flacking paint exposing bare material ... Well just disgusting. Hard to believe that the owners or the franchise puts up with... View all feedback.
What Sophia Kraaz doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
My friends and I were in this DQ on 3/20 not only was the cashier extremely rude but another employee was wearing a Trump 2024. In a very LGBTQ+ populated area this made me, and my friends very uncomfortable. That should not be allowed. View all feedback.
Wish I could put zero stars. I was embarrassed to realize I waited 26 minutes for my food. They didnt even put toast in the chicken basket. Absolutely awful. Just go to the one in Glouster. Its much better and will take less time, even considering travel. Edit: they’re finally closing and selling the location, thank god. Literally anything could go there and I’ll be a happier person for it.
Just left DQ. Terrible Experience. I 'm never going back to this location. I pull up and start to order. I only get a couple words out before he interrupts me and says they only have blah, blah, blah. He was speaking so fast that I couldn 't even make out what he was saying. So I reiterate my order since I never got it out in the first place. He tells me they don 't have brownies. Okay. No sorry, or any semblance of politeness. Okay I order a vanilla milkshake. I get up to the window and try to hand the woman my card. She says they have a five dollar minimum (The shake is $4). Once, again no I 'm sorry or anything I 'm made to feel like an inconvenience. I say that I don 't have any cash. She asks me if I want to buy something else. I said no. She says okay and closes the window on me. Once again, nothing but rudeness. For starters, if you are putting a $5 minimum to buy with a card, you shouldn 't be in business in this day and age. Eat the five cent fee. I 'm sorry. You should teach your employees that phrase too.
Blizzards are never consistent. Service is very spotty. The drive thru takes forever to get through and the building looks bad. After months of bad reviews you would think something would have changed by now?
The building is run down. Stuff is visibly broken. They don't have enough staff. The service you get is terrible.
Had a quarter pounder loaded with everything for a good price.
