I love that they have changed to unlimited games for allotted time. If you go to their website there’s a coupon for 100 minutes for $20. That’s a TON of games!!! We split it between 2 kiddos and both got over 550 tickets. The staff and manager were very kind and helpful. It was clean and most all games were working. We had a blast! A much better value than before. View all feedback.
What czarkaztik1 doesn't like about Chuck E. Cheese:
Loses a star for no animatronics, another for it taking 45 minutes to make a pizza for the second customer of the day, and drink machines (ALL of em) didn 't work properly and the employees only response was I need to fix that . In recap no animatronics,slow kitchen, and lastly very poor customer service. Not to mention very expensive to boot. P.S. there are no tunnels or slideslike in the pics here. All video games. I took my daughter and her two friends to the restaurant on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at 5:40 PM to order pizza. However, I was told they couldn't make pizza because they were out of dough. How can a pizza place run out of pizza?
I went to Chuck E. Cheese hoping to enjoy some quality time with my kids, but I ended up feeling incredibly frustrated. It took over an hour to receive our food, and when I asked a staff member about the delay, I was dismissed and ignored. The food is overpriced junk, not worth the long wait.
We enjoyed the sampler combo for lunch, and it was fantastic. The children had a wonderful time dancing. As for parking, it was conveniently located right in front of the entrance.
I would not recommend this place. children walked by their parents unattended, small children got in the way my children play their games, while older ones hang on the play long after they were finished.
Our kids had a blast and staff was very helpful! Gave us the best package to fit our needs to make sure we saved money! Quotes from our kids “best day ever” thank yall!
