Whoever works daytime in the kitchen needs fired . There is no reason I should have to cut my own pizza and ontop of that trying to pull my pizza apart and nothing but cheese slides right off of it. I will not recommend this place to ANYONE for daytime pizza.
Can never get the app to work to order pizza it always says the store isn’t accepting online orders. Despite calling multiple times no one has ever picked up the phone. Very frustrated after multiple times of this happening.
The gas pumps are garbage. None of them can read a chip credit/debit card. You have to go inside and guess how much fuel your vehicle needs by prepaying. Probably the most inconvenient convenience store in central Illinois
Casey's in general have great pizza's, the one in Athens where we get ours the staff is friendly and I am always greeted at the door, the area where the pizzas are made is clean and the store always well stocked. The gas prices haven't been bad either, a couple days ago when it was $4.44 in town it was still $4.29 in Athens.
Attempted to make an order for a pizza.. I called 6 times and nobody picked up, and the app was saying I couldn’t place the order online. Ordered a pizza and breadsticks.. didn’t get the breadsticks. Pizza was excellent! It always is.. just think more help is needed.. bad
