There were only 2 people working during the ride at 10:30. But they were still pretty quick to get our order, pay us and get our order done. Everything was correct in order and it was good. They did great, though short staff. The girl who worked the window/all of the drive thru was really nice. View all feedback.
What Randall Prohaska doesn't like about Burger King:
The food was what I expected. Waiting more than 30 minutes in the drive through was not. 25 minutes was waiting to order. Not that they were busy, just painfully slow. I assume the strong odor of weed pouring out the windows was a huge contributing factor. They will also provide you with the feeling that you are interrupting them during major brain ? surgery. Probably the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been. What I feel says a lot. Slowly is an understatement. When I finally pay, they don't know how to add coupon codes, so at this point I have already waited an hour in line, I could take care of less about a coupon I just want from the line. However, it seems ridiculous that they can add a code to an order. Overall painfully slow, dreadfully trained, and among staff.
You were very nice. And they cleaned up eating ears really well.
Terrible experience! I went home at 11:00. there were two customers in front of me in line, forever for them to take their orders, only one register has used. 20 minutes for my dinner. When I got my food, they were from napkins and the Whopper was cruel. very little salad the end pieces of tomatoes and beef patty look as if it was overflowed by dump truck. They were understated and did not have the supplies they needed to lead their service. I never go to this place again.
Love this place. They know me so well and they always have what I want.
