I absolutely adore Bojangles! The location on Lexington Road in Athens sometimes serves undercooked bacon, and the friendliness of the staff can be inconsistent. However, I find myself eating here 3 to 5 times a week. I visit other locations whenever I'm nearby because I just can't get enough of Bojangles! In my opinion, the best location is in Commerce, GA! What Rebekah Head doesn't like about Bojangles:
One of the worst places to get "fast food" on the east side, and that's really saying something. It's a total disaster. I can't understand how a fried chicken restaurant runs out of fried chicken in the middle of the day. View all feedback.

This is by far the worst Bojangles location. Given that it's one of the few in Athens, you'd expect better staff. My husband and I recently moved to the East side, and unfortunately, every time I've visited this Bojangles, the employees have been consistently rude and disrespectful. I recommend finding a different location. Bojangles needs to do better.
The biscuits were tough, the mashed potatoes were too runny, and the rice was sticky. The only thing I really enjoyed was the chicken. And let's be honest, sweet tea isn't really sweet tea if it's not actually sweet!
I received only three pieces of chicken, and I didn't get the coleslaw or the honey mustard.
Food tasted great, but I asked for lemonade and got tea. I asked for family size green beans, Mach and cheese and mashed potatoes to match my family size rice order, and only got regular size mashed potatoes and didnt even get the Mac and cheese or green beans. Paid for it all :
