Drive through was moving slow. Dine in was closed. Employee was outside on side entrance smoking something with a chick that was obviously tweaking. After several minutes the employee and the tweaker went back in to thelocked lobby. About 5 minutes later the employee opened the front entrance and let the tweaker out with a soda and a bye girl.Line finally stated moving as we watched the tweaker dance and gyrate across to the gas station while she had conversations withimaginary friends. Fries were cold. Sandwich was so messy I couldn't pick it up. Lunch came with entertainment, I guess. Atleast this time they were not out of roast beef.

After patiently waiting in the drive-thru lane, I was greeted politely when my order was taken. However, I failed to check my bag at the time. I was shocked to find out that the sandwich I ordered and paid for—the Smokehouse Brisket—was not in the bag I received (see attached photos). I was really looking forward to enjoying that brisket, especially since it had been at least two months since my last visit to Arby's. I ultimately decided not to brave the rain again to return for the correct sandwich. In the future, I’ll make sure to double-check my bag before leaving.

When I requested a few more, the woman told me no because they had cut back on everything. Seriously? I can't even get a couple extra sauce packets? That's disappointing!

During my visit to Georgia, I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the classic Arby's sign and restaurant. It brought back wonderful memories!
