I do always have to check the drive through order before pulling away, however, because they often forget something minor like sauce,napkins, etc. The staff in the Athens restaurant are always friendly and helpful.

It look really nice from the remodel. But as someone who doesn't eat fast food... I don't think you should either. Love yourself... Go get real food. read more It look really nice from the remodel. The drive-thru is quite narrow, but it's manageable... read more The dine-in option was closed when I arrived, and the drive-thru line was backed up with eight cars waiting. The drive-thru is quite narrow, but it's manageable if you're experienced. Unfortunately, my sandwich was awful. It had been a while since my last visit to Arby's, and I was excited to enjoy my beef and cheddar, but I have decided I won't be returning. The French fries were also cold, which was disappointing. What a letdown!

I would have given a 5-star rating, but there was one mix-up with my order. I can't remember the name of the employee, but I ordered a 5-piece fish with crinkle fries and ended up with just 3 pieces and curly fries. The girl who took my order didn't seem very cheerful, as if she didn't want to be at work.

I can't stand when I get a large shake somewhere else and it's only 10 oz, like at BK!
