El Jinete Mexican - Feedback

What Darryl Hicks doesn't like about El Jinete Mexican:
Worst customer service possible. My daughter and I went there and she ordered the shrimp salad, ate the shrimp off the top and the plate was still full of salad, she was kinda full and was getting up to go pee the waitress asked if she was finished, she said yes but box the rest. Food was ok as was the service even though the waitress didn't explain exactly what the happy hour actually was. Asked her if it was 2 for 1 on the margaritas and said yes but wound up getting charged almost $6 each for four. The portions of the food weren't that great for the price.
