The attached winners restaurant is vegan, but at breakfast they provide eggs and dairy for their non-vegan guests, so in my mind NOT a vegan hotel. Updated from previous review on 2024-08-16 View all feedback.
We would recommend all the vegans who go after breathing to book this hotel, and we will do this at the next visit to the city. it is worthwhile for the vegan breakfast alone - they choose a dish from each of the three sections, and they are all brought at once with tea/coffee/juice - so for example I had the super berry granola and cocosyoghurt, the garden frit, and the blueberry pancakes of a day, and the yoghurt and fruits, tofu avocado. the hotel staff was very friendly and gave helpful suggestions. the rooms had a large modern design, with very comfortable beds. no tea facilities, but a coffee machine - a more than floor room with saying a bath and a good plan would be outside our budget (e.g. over 150e per night). we loved our dinner in the winners restaurant, it was expensive around 18e a meal, but again eating was delicious and worth it. not traditional Greek cuisine, but one of our favourite meals on holiday. we had the smashed smokey over burger, which was much better than the usual over burger, and the Hawaiian bowl with marinated watermelone, edamame, nori, sushi rice and sriracha mayo was absolutely delicious.
Great vegan hotel with a vegan restaurant in the heart of the city of athen!
Nice to have a vegan hotel, but. positiw: vegan nice design clean cons: the employees not well informed about everything, could not give us any information about the breakfast, never told us that the city center was closed for our arrival (which make taxi ride interesting), never said that it was national day and did not know which were celebrating, etc. I can not for the regular room vouch. we were in the duplex suite, which was again beautiful but badly designed. great view of the acropolis from the top floor and beautiful terraces, but with a living area instead of the two single beds in the first floor to do. also bad in the first floor is much better than in the second floor. no fabric. bedroom in the second floor is tiny, but has a queen bed that is ok. it is loud most time, but due to what I suspect was hotel ventilation or extraction. another problem: if you want to work, there is nothing to do. no table or chair save on the terrace, but then no socket. When I asked about a table, they brought me a chair. to finish this, the wifi permanently separates. to summarize it, the suite is not worth the 300 euro per night they calculate. If I came back, I would book a regular room. the breakfast is beautiful and demanding, but somehow changes every morning. you can't get exactly the same or taste twice. a disappointment as they have a non- vegan menu for people who don't like vegan breakfast.

Great vegan hotel with a vegan restaurant in the heart of downtown Athens!
