Nice food. However, they stopped sitting meals and do not contain any extras. Most Chinese restaurants would be Prawn Cracker or something with big orders... Not that. Food quality is excellent and service is pretty good View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about China Palace:
I would not recommend this restaurant. I ordered a spice bag and it was very greasy, with reheated chips. The sweet and sour king prawn dish was also terrible. It's clear that they don't put much effort into their food. View all feedback.
We came in and made a big takeaway order (6 people). Understandably, the wait was a while but the staff were really friendly and the food was superb. Good options available for vegetarians and vegans and the menu marked very clearly which foods contained various allergens. A good choice if you want Chinese in the Athenry area.
As usual very good got lots better recently really nice food. Would be 5 star but wait times can be very long.
We have dined here on many occassions and we are never disappointed. Its appropriate for couples families and parties. Food is always excellent and young ladies serving tables are pleasant and efficient. This restaurant is spotless. Take away is always busy.
