Burger Lab is at the top of a short list of eateries who've figured out what a perfect hamburger should be. Their other menu items are superb, as well. We order delivery mostly. I would give them five-stars except that on occasion the burgers are a bit too rare. It's because the patties are thick, and burgers should be a bit rare anyhow.
