Sweet Land - Atascocita

The drinks were decent, but the customer service was terrible! This is why we won't be coming back. We'll stick with Kung Fu Tea from now on.

I initially thought this was a dessert spot, but it's actually more of a tea and smoothie shop. The egg waffles were fantastic, and they have a designated area for children and board games for families.

I have been a customer at this restaurant since they first opened, but the new employee they hired was rude and did not take my order correctly. He argued with me, asked me to pay before taking my order, and then still got it wrong. He did not apologize or handle the situation well, leaving me feeling upset and dissatisfied. I have decided not to return to this restaurant, as the staff members clearly need customer service training, especially when multiple people are in a car and can witness the incorrect recording of orders.

I love all kinds of tees; we found this location right by us to house and service is always friendly and fast. they even have a reward card to earn free drinks. my daughter and I love sweet land!

Everything I tried to order they didn’t have! And, they were their “signature” items! They were. cleaning up nearly 2 hours before they were to close. It appeared the employees were lazy and didn’t want to make more green tea nor waffles. They claimed they “were out”. So many of their drinks have green tea, and almost all of the pictures and reviews have pictures with waffles. There really isn’t anything left. Don’t waste your time nor money! How is this place even on business??
