However, each time I'v... read more So I have been to this place a couple times over the course over the last few years. I thought the convenience of a drive thru was great. However, each time I've gotten a breakfast burrito and each time the amount of pepper in that burrito has been excessive to say the least. Like, so much pepper it is extremely over powering and I can't take more than a couple bites. So whoever is cooking should really lighten up on the pepper. Also, the burrito is always cold! They never warm it up nearly enough. It's apparent they like it, but most people do not. The coffee has not tasted good either. I ask what drink is their best seller, they recommend the Mexican hot chocolate. It tastes like chalk. Terrible. And the last time I was there, I requested a piece of coffee cake. I was told they were out. I was looking at a piece that they keep on their display table. I pointed to it and said there's a piece right there. She said we're all out. I said there's a piece right there, pointing again. Can you sell it??? She repeats they're all out. I said ok but I'm looking right at a piece, can you sell it or not??? She repeats that they are out. Never answering if they can sell the display piece or not. She probably wanted it for herself. If they were all out and not selling the display piece, you think they would remove it so customers knew they were all out?? So overall their customer service just sucks. I've tried to give this place a chance but they consistently disappoint. Malibu Coffee is much better. Joe Bella is way better. Hell, even the Starbucks franchises are far superior. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They need to totally redo the menu, get a new cook, and give the staff a training on how to be pleasant and act accordingly in customer service. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My 12 year old is obsessed with Brew It! She would get a Boba here every day if she could. :
