Zulu - Asuncion

I visited this restaurant years ago when it first opened and was not impressed. Despite its African theme, I was expecting something different from the typical Paraguayan restaurant fare. However, the food was not exceptional and was comparable to other places. Recently, under new ownership, I have revisited the restaurant multiple times and have been pleasantly surprised. The food is more refined than what I have experienced in Paraguay, rivaling that of the now-closed Luna 21. The view is stunning and the terrace has a romantic ambiance. The drinks are not overly sweet and they offer a good selection of wine and champagne. My favorite dish is the Surubi in Zilantro sauce, which has a spicy kick. I have also heard that the Lomito is excellent.

The restaurant boasts a fantastic atmosphere, delectable cuisine, and breathtaking city views that surpass any other location.

The other restaurant offers excellent cocktails with unique and interesting combinations, and the food is good as well. While it may not be something I would dream about, it is enjoyable. I would definitely return when I am in town.

Good service and attencion, price is a little over the top, but it is understandable. Food delivery was alright, not so slow but slow nonetheless and I would like at least more variety on the menu.
