Great ambiance, love the food and the drinks aren't bad either. Had some inconvenience with the cashier, always check your receipt. Had some inconvenience with the cashier, always check your receipt. View all feedback.
What Alex L doesn't like about Hard Rock Café:
Avoid at all cost....slow service...horrific food that is just plain disgusting....i realize they just reopened but those issues are not growing pains it is Management not involved If you are an American you will be appalled. If you are a Paraguayan Amigos la comida Americana no es nada como esta horrible basura y sin sabor..o sabor que no pertenece View all feedback.
Clean and well decorated with rock and roll themes, rock and roll videos playing non-stop on several screens. Large servings for each food item, including appetizers. Good draft beer, but very limited selection of craft beers even though they are listed on the menu.
I was so surprised to see there was a Hard Rock in Paraguay. I only went in for a drinks and a pin and shot glass. But the gift shop was closed, However the staff opened it just for me. So I was very appreciative of that. The staff did not speak any English, but was still able to make it all work.
Worst experience at any Hard Rock cafe. There were no smiles or greetings when entering the cafe, and also only about 3 4 other people here (Tuesday night at 20.30). The waiter did not speak english could be expected from an American chain like this but i could order with my Spanish. They did not have the mixed grill on the menu, which was my first choice, so i settled for the Ribeye, and asked for it to be medium rare (1/4). My girlfriend had the Steak salad with blue cheese. When the food arrived, my Ribeye was medium well and quite dry. I was looking at the beef when the waitress came over and asked if everything was okay? I told her as it was, and she just kind of stood looking apologetic. The manager came over and asked again, and i accepted the beef, since i did not want to make a large fuzz about it. The beef was not a ribeye cut, there were no fat rim and the meat was not close to being tender as a ribeye. On the bill it was mentioned as Cowboy Ribeye which it did not say anything about in the menu, and has nothing to do with Ribeye. After my talk with the waitress, my girlfriend saw that the blue cheese in her salad was what looked like 25 grams of string mozarella cheese.. As i was thirsty, i ordered a new soda, which did not arrive untill after i had eaten my beef. I saw the waitress forgot it, and asked the bartender for it like 20 minutes after i had ordered it and gotten my food. A small note is, that there is no free refill either on soda. The service was in general lacking very much. The waitress could not be seen most of the time, she did nothing to ensure our stay was pleasant, rarely did smile and did not ask about our food except when i pointed my mobile phone light at the beef. There were almost no conversation with the staff in general. Every other Hard Rock cafe i have visited, everything has been good from the moment you enter the door until you leave. This could as well have been a low end grill restaurant anywhere in Paraguay did not live up the expectation even remotely.
Not very busy on the day I visited. I had to request for the rock shop to be opened to purchase some swag. A bit pricey, but a must for a pin collector.
Food was good. A little different quality than other HR I've been to around the world. The burger was more medium well than med rare as asked and the pasta fire the Mac and cheese was not fresh looking when received. They were good anyway just a little different.
