We visited Paraguay in July. Traditional dishes with an intelligent touch. The cocktails with caña were outstanding. The service and the chef attention to us made our night and was one of the best dinners we had in south america. El Pacu was the best my wife had. Next time we return to paraguay we are stopping by there again. The only restaurant we had an American style service table.
