Food was good. Great view of Columbia River. Watched a couple big ships go up river while enjoying our food. Pleasant staff. Services were a tad slow, but not to complain about. View all feedback.
What KMA A doesn't like about The Ship Inn:
Customer service was really poor the waitress could have care less about us, the whole restaurant atmosphere was old and dull. Smelled like old people which makes sense because that was the only customer base. The food was unappetising but the clam chowder is good. View all feedback.
The Ships Inn Resteraunt, a long Astoria staple, is currently closed.
Sad to see the ship inn closing. This was my favorite stop when I visited the coast. Best fish n chips ever. Excellent fresh thick pieces of fish. Excellent atmosphere right on the river for any occasion. Perfect for family outings or your romantic anniversary dinner. Will really miss this place.
Right on the river veiw, not a bad seat in the house, cute lounge/bar area. The fish was fresh and had great texture for being fried. Sad its closing, but glad I had a chance to try it.
Great food. To bad they are closing April 30th at 8 pm. I will miss their Pasty's and Sheppard's pie.
Great quaint little place. Too bad the owner is selling it in April.:
