Montealban - Astoria

I’ve had Mexican and Mexican-American food everywhere, especially across the U.S., and this restaurant is hands down the best. I’ve tried five different items from the menu, and each one exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend it enough—11 out of 10!

Everything was fantastic! The homemade tortillas and delicious salsas were a highlight. I can't wait to come back soon!

It's difficult to put into words just how delicious the food is here. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, filled with colorful decor and lush plants. The food is outstanding, with generous portion sizes, and the green salsa that accompanies the chips is excellent. I will definitely be making trips back even after we relocate. We ordered the Pollo a la Crema, Chile Relleno, and Tlayuda, and they were all amazing.

She was extremely kind and welcomed us with a warm smile. We were a bit worried about my sister's surgery, and she took a moment to pray for us right there, offering a warm hug as well. Thank you so much. The surgery went well.

I'm so glad we decided to stop here on a whim while leaving town! The food tasted like it was made with love. The authentic spices and generous portions were fantastic. I can't wait to enjoy the leftovers!
