Devour Desserts Delco - Aston

A small but great bakery/dessert store offering a variety of items, including custom cake order for different occasions. The cake orders need to be put in at least 2 days before. They offer a wide range of options, including size, shape, filling, frosting and more. Orders are taken via phone and website. In their shop, they also sell already made cakes, home made bakery and dessert items. Everyone at the store are very friendly and willing to help/answer questions.

I came here for the first time December 21st and picked up a 6-8 Ho, Ho, Hi Christmas cake to share with my family. I was surprised for such a small Cake it cost over 25 dollars, but thought it's probably worth it, the place has good reviews. When I cut the cake the frosting just crumbled off the cake. The inside of the cake was so dry that we ended up throwing the entire cake out. Definitely was not worth the money, I've had better cakes at the Giant grocery store atleast they are moist. This cake had to have been sitting there for a week, it was absolutely terrible. I will not be a repeat customer. Maria's bakery in Folsom is worth the trip and their cakes at fresh and for the price I paid, I wouldhave had a large cake there. I only gave a 2 star because it was decorated beautifully and at one time might have tasted good. I came to this place based on the reviews, but I certainly won't be back . See the photos below. The frosting inthe bottom of the box is what crumbled off the cake when it was cut. I had cut 3 slices. We all took one bite and ended up throwing the entire cake away. A waste of money.

I absolutely love Devour Desserts! Whenever I need a cake or a party platter, they do a fantastic job! All my guests always want their business card's so they can order the same. I've actually had people take photos of the only card I had left. I've ordered from them more times than I can count and will continue to do so. Both their shop's are wonderful, can't go wrong with Devour Desserts, that's for sure. ????????????????????

Be sure to try the cannoli cake! The most amazing cake I?ve ever had! My only sadness is that Devour doesn?t deliver to AZ where I live!
