I've had gelato all over the world and all over Italy and this was some of the best. My favorite is still a little gelateria in Malmo, Sweden of all places but Grom is right up there. The gelato tends to be a little softer than traditional gelato and it's fascinating to see how the servers wind it on to a cone or into a serving dish. In spite of the softness, it doesn't seem to melt any quicker than other gelato so you have time to savor every bite. Grab a dish and enjoy some people-watching in the piazza.
