Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a la... read more Visited this restaurant based on a colleague's recommendation and was impressed by the cozy ambiance and decor. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a lack of service. We were not acknowledged for over 30 minutes, while other tables received attention. Although the atmosphere was inviting, the prolonged wait without even a drink offered led us to leave. I hope this feedback helps the management improve their service to match the otherwise pleasant setting. Thank you for your response and apologies. We visited your restaurant on November 24 between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM and sat at a table near the entrance, by the window. Unfortunately we received no attention at the time, which eventually made us leave. I really appreciate you taking the time to respond to my feedback and continue to improve your service.
