The food was delicious and there were homemade pasta dishes (highly recommended). We had friendly service and even witnessed the chef's live concert, which was very nice. The food was very delicious, freshly prepared and superbly cooked. My daughters said they had their am amazing pasta carbonara and pork schnitzel, and my wife had her best ever cordon bleu. We all tried each other's dishes and all agreed that were all excellent! We arrived at peak time on a Saturday evening (19:30) with no reservation, but they were able to squeeze us in on an indoor table (outside the tables were completely full). This meant we had quite a wait for our food to arrive, but we all agreed it was definitely worth the wait! Reservations therefore recommended! If we're back in the area we'll return for sure, and would absolutely recommend this for an excellent meal. Very friendly staff. Immaculately clean premesis. Kid-friendliness: There were many couples, groups, families and very well behaved young children enjoying dinner together Parking: Access to the restaurant's free car park is via a narrow street off the main street. We instead chose to park at the other end of the village in the free public car park and enjoyed the walk back and forth through the beautiful village..
