The homebaked bread was divine, the olive oils selected from local farms and so was the recommended wine selection. Michelin star dishes, superbly prepared, my chicken was slow cooked at 83 degrees for over 3 hrs, then roasted with fine herbs. Everything explained by Mr Guistini himself. I am definitely going back there if the occasion arises.
