The reviews w... read more Ristorante Villa Elda Due is part of a three star hotel and restaurant setting. We were staying nearby and thought the restaurant looked inviting. The reviews were encouraging. Service was good, and the staff went out of their way to answer questions and assist in our making dinner decisions. While the wine list had many offerings, it appeared that much of the wine was past its prime. The menu had a decent variety of offerings; however, the food was average. We expected more, but the restaurant didn't deliver.

Rooms with air conditioning and TV. New, comfortable and spacious bathrooms. Furniture a little dated. Restaurant that applies a 10% discount to hotel guests. Carefully prepared and good quality dishes. Follow the advice to visit some lesser-known villages that will be given to you. From the hotel you can reach, after a walk, both the lively center of Santa Maria Maggiore and the Porziuncola.
