There are no written menus but the Owner lists you what is available a la carte or, as an alternative, the dégustation menu of the moment. The wine card is quite elaborate though limited to Umbrian wines which is just fine. The Rosetto are also producing their own red and white wines as well as several home made liquors. We opted for the Rosetto red, cuvée 2013, which was very nice (15% alc. is on the high side but the bouquet and aromas of the wine are exquisite and can be recommended) Finally, people always make the difference...the Owner is a very nice person and very helpful with his recommendations; his charming spouse is the Chief Cook, and a great one at that! If Italian is still somewhat challenging for you, the Owner also speaks very good English.
