Farmhouse surrounded by greenery and an excellent swimming pool but the bathroom in the room really needs to be looked at again. In the shower only a curtain which in terms of hygiene is really bad. Shower tray level with the floor and the water flows with difficulty. Fake bidet and unlikely to be used. Breakfast as if I were at home (but I don't pay that price at home)... Great service, great availability of the hostess and staff! Lovely place, immersed in the green hills a stone's throw from Assisi. The large pool allows you to close the day in absolute relaxation! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Charming farmhouse in the green and an excellent pool but the bathroom of the room really to be seen. In the shower only a tent that at the level of hygiene is very bad. Satin floor shower plate and water goes down hard. Bidet fake and unlikely to use. Breakfast as if you were home(but at home I don't pay it at that price)... Dinner as breakfast, all as if you were at home but not at 110 euros in 4 for an appetizer of ham and melon(1 fettina) feathers to the sauce and fettina with potatoes... No dessert. Excessive! The lady who practically does everything (kitchen breakfast cleaning rooms) really nice but together with the pool is the only really positive thing!! The rest is all to be reviewed....
