Decor is tired and dated. Food is very good and portions are good, which is great since so many high end restaurants scrimp on portions but have high prices. Nonetheless, I thought prices were quite high when comparing to other places I have been. Service was outstanding and all staff were very pleasant and courteous. View all feedback.

Terrific food and service. Our reservation was made 3 weeks in advance but we were delayed in being seated. The host did apologize and provided a complimentary appetizer which was great.
We had a wonderful experience… food, sommelier, waitor, atmosphere…will be going back
Overall excellent restaurant. Best in Aspen. Sommelier was informative and recommended excellent burgundy. The turbot was a lite and flavorful entry. Short ribs amazing.
Our third visit this season. Always good, never disappoints.
I picked out a bottle of wine that appealed to me and asked the sommelier for suggestions and he suggested bottles 70% more in price. I really don’t appreciate that. I ordered the delicious Vineyard 29 cab I had identified in first place. We asked for tap water and they brought bottled water. Some of the romaine lettuce on my salad had brown areas. They brought generous portions for a salad that was being split which was nice. Service was wonderful.

Fabulous ambiance, food and wine! The best of the best in Aspen. The bar area plays chill/lounge music and is my favorite place in town. The bar menu is reasonably priced! Sip on a martini shaken up by one of the handsome gents behind the bar or order a fabulous Bordeaux from one of the best sommeliers Alex. And of course we love our Jody and chef Chris Lanter. Simply superb!

Always top notch. Best cuisine, wine, bar and wait staff in Aspen. Our favorite stop every time we come to town. I wish all the 'top spots ' did it like Cache Cache....

We ordered the liver and onions. It was excellent. Menu is pricey but consistently good! Wait staff is superb!

Such a disappointment-again. So many better places to go for literally half the price. $29 Caesar salad was terrible-had to ask for lemons and add salt to make it zing a little. To start with the romaine was terrible quality. Then the $72 shrimp entree was average, even sweet which was not a welcome surprise. Service was fine. Gimlet was fine.

Fabulous in every way!
Fabulous service (the best in Aspen) and unbelievable food. Cache Cache never disappoints. It's consistent and has a great vibe. Wait staff is tops.
We were here a few times. Usually decent food, but last night was quite interesting. Felt very upset and an example leaves a bad taste in my mouth.... my friend order a caesar salad for his meal and asked to add chicken. Like another restaurant, we thought he'd get a little boob that showed up on his salad. Instead, he had stabbed a full chicken (like a dish on her main course menu) on the small bed of salad. While most say it was okay, the prosecution wasn't. The salad alone was $18 and the chicken was $55 extra. I can't believe we paid over $70 for a SALAD. I wasn't pleased to say the least. Give us at least one head up if you can't accommodate.

Great as always! this is still one of the best restaurants in aspen. pork chop was perfect, salmon was divine, and the pappardelle was excellent. we'll be back soon!
