We were here a few times. Usually decent food, but last night was quite interesting. Felt very upset and an example leaves a bad taste in my mouth.... my friend... read more We were here a few times. Usually decent food, but last night was quite interesting. Felt very upset and an example leaves a bad taste in my mouth.... my friend order a caesar salad for his meal and asked to add chicken. Like another restaurant, we thought he'd get a little boob that showed up on his salad. Instead, he had stabbed a full chicken (like a dish on her main course menu) on the small bed of salad. While most say it was okay, the prosecution wasn't. The salad alone was $18 and the chicken was $55 extra. I can't believe we paid over $70 for a SALAD. I wasn't pleased to say the least. Give us at least one head up if you can't accommodate.

The duck was the only th... read more This place is all hype and no delivery. The food was meh. My husband and I ordered the duck confit app, salmon, and short ribs entrees. The duck was the only thing that was good. If I could do it over again, I’d order the duck app as an entree and a side of brussel sprouts (not sure if the side would be tasty or not). The salmon sits in what tasted like Campbell’s tomato soup. Why? The salmon was cooked well but not seasoned well and rest of the dish tasted and looked blah. The short ribs were better but still under seasoned and were pretty dry. Better presentation on the short ribs but nothing to write home about. As for drinks, I stuck with a French red and my husband did his standard Negroni. They didn’t have the gin he asked for and then they didn’t have the right ratios of ingredients. My husband didn’t finish it which was a first. My wine was good. No complaints there. Overall, if this restaurant is on your bucket list, then go. Otherwise go somewhere else.

The bar menu is reasonably priced! Sip on a martini shaken up by one of the handsome gents behind the bar or order a fabulous Bordeaux from one of the best sommeliers Alex. And of course we love our Jody and chef Chris Lanter. Simply superb!

Nonetheless, I thought prices were quite high when comparing to other places I have been. Service was outstanding and all staff were very pleasant and courteous.
