Osteria Europa - Asiago

We had an aperitif with a platter of cold cuts (delicious), crostini and cereal bread, we also found numerous wines from renowned wineries such as Annamaria Clementi, billecart-salmon, ca' del Bosco and f.lli Lunelli. I had dinner in this tavern as a couple, on holiday in the beautiful Asiago. Very typical mountain place, furnished in wood, with excellent taste and elegance, the accommodation is in the tavern in the basement and thanks to the very nice windows that simulated natural light there was absolutely no sensation of being in a basement. The menu was highly appreciated, excellent polenta, radicchio and sopressa starter, duck speck and aged carbonara which was sublime (I thank the place for allowing me, a celiac, to enjoy such a good first course! , sliced with very tender potatoes and well cooked... all accompanied by some excellent sweet pieropan (the possibility of getting the 0.375 bottle is very convenient! and finally the dessert, we liked that too (perhaps the only note on which there is still some margin improvement but we still liked it a lot! . The prices are not low but in line with the offer, it is a quality restaurant and you go there if you want to treat yourself... very good! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

L’esperienza all’Hotel Europa è stata straordinaria. Per me, che lavoro col pubblico da più di vent’anni, ci sono cose fondamentali per prendersi cura dei clienti e loro le fanno tutte. Mi sono sentita a casa, circondata da uno staff professionale, ma cordiale e con tutti i servizi a livello molto alto. Grande attenzione ai più piccoli, cosa mai scontata. Sicuramente tornerò e sempre lo consiglierò.

Place in the center and the price is affected by it, good quality food and wine, attentive service, tavern with seats a little sacrificed, slightly expensive for what is served but within acceptable limits.
