I've been going back to Sbarro before it was in the food court when they had their own place in the mall. I'm glad to say that my children love it now. The service has significantly reduced, but the pizza is still great. View all feedback.

Called and placed an order for a pizza to be ready an hour later. Lady on the phone said no problem. Arrived to pick up the pizza and it wasn't even made. Had to wait an additional 20 mins. Don't accept future orders if you can't fulfill them on time. Please and thank you. View all feedback.
I've been visiting Sbarro since before it was in the food court, back when it had its own location in the mall. I'm happy to report that my kids enjoy it just as much as I do. While the service has noticeably declined, the pizza continues to be excellent.
I absolutely love this restaurant, not only for its amazing food but also for the fantastic team. It's really impressive to watch the staff make the pizza from scratch! These guys are really dedicated to their work! A big thank you to Luz, Felipa, and the rest of the BPS team!

Disappointing if you want a pizza and the facility is closed when the "hours of operation" say differently on the site.
