He refused to give us a refund, insisting that we bring back the entire order for a replacement. However, we did not want to wait in line for another 30 minutes. Furthermore, we had already consumed the desserts and one correctly made quesadilla while I was on the phone with the manager. Additionally, we did not receive any reward points (which we assumed we had earned through the app). When I mentioned this to the manager, he simply stated that there was nothing he could do and advised me to submit a complaint through the app's customer service. This is not the first time we have encountered issues at this particular location in Ashtabula, and to make matters worse, I realized today that we were overcharged on our bill.

Lately, my experience has been disappointing with long wait times for ordering and several missing items from my order in the past few months. I am hesitant to return anytime soon, hoping that they will improve. I cannot continue to waste money on missing or subpar food.

My food was served quickly and was hot, and I had a wonderful experience. Donald even made a joke that made me laugh. Thank you, Don!

However, I was charged for both the potatoes and chicken without any resolution offered. As someone who has worked in restaurants for most of their life, I find it absurd to charge customers for both. Despite this issue, I have no complaints about the service or the food.
