I asked her to stop and she glared at me and then proceeded to touch my food like it had a disease. Then I get home a d have to return immediately because Ididn't have my full order!! They have NEVER gotten my order right! Always out of chicken and the wait is long because you haveto wait for more chicken !! The service is horrible and the attitudes are not necessary someobeshould teach them customerservice if they are going to work in food service if they don't like the job go Elsewhere!!!!

The young man who took our order was very friendly and so polite.

However, I experienced an issue when I noticed a large puddle of water on the floor between the ordering and pickup areas. I alerted a staff member to the potential slip hazard, but she simply pointed out a Wet Floor sign that was situated four feet away and not visible from the counter. Additionally, the chicken I ordered was excessively oily, which caused me to feel sick and led to several trips to the bathroom at home to vomit. Unfortunately, the nausea lasted for half the day.

The restaurant prepares your order only after you arrive, as they have previously had to throw away food. This method may not be any quicker than using the drive-thru.
